Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DraftCollab application. By creating an account and participating in collaborations, you agree to comply with the rules and guidelines detailed below.
1. Creator Rules and Guidelines
•
Account Authenticity: Creators must connect their genuine Instagram or YouTube account. Falsifying statistics or engagement counts is not permitted and will result in account suspension.
•
Collab Commitments: Once you agree to participate in a brand collaboration, you are expected to create and post the approved content within the agreed timeline.
•
Content Visibility: Collaboration posts must remain public and visible on your profile for at least 30 days after posting, unless agreed otherwise with the brand.
2. Business Rules and Guidelines
•
Campaign Accuracy: Campaigns must list clear specifications, requirements, and deliverables. Misleading offers or listings are prohibited.
•
Delivery of Agreement: Once a collaboration proposal is accepted, the business must provide the agreed products, meals, or salon/gym services in a timely manner.
•
Review and Approval: Businesses must review creator content drafts inside the workspace in a timely manner, providing constructive feedback or approval.
3. Collaboration Deliverables Coordination
•
Workspace Logs: The communication and draft logs between the creator and business are saved inside the app to track progress and verify deliverables.
•
Dispute Resolution: If a creator fails to post or a business fails to provide the agreed offer, either party can request a review within 14 days of the scheduled post date. Our support team will review the logged workspace steps to help resolve the issue.
4. Content Ownership and License
•
Usage Rights: Upon completion of the campaign, the business is granted a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to share and repost the creator's verified content on their own social media channels for organic marketing purposes.
•
Commercial Limit: Businesses cannot sell the creator's content or use it for paid advertising campaigns unless separate terms are explicitly negotiated with the creator.
5. Platform Responsibility
•
Marketplace Model: DraftCollab acts solely as a matchmaking service and workspace provider. We are not legally responsible for the final quality of creator content or any issues arising from products or services provided by businesses.
